Server Maintenance - 3/25

The March 25 edition of the weekly 1PM CDT (6PM GMT) Exteel server maintenance downtime period will feature some changes to the game. All CTF matches will now last ten minutes long and flag carrier penalties for movement speed and boosted movement speed will be removed (the EN penalty will still be in place).
